What Your Registration Covers

PYBA is a registered nonprofit. Trying out is free — the $300 season fee applies only to players who make a team, and covers the real cost of running a season.

Tournament Entry

Five tournaments for each team, with more possible if your team wants them.

Gym Time

Practice and tryout space in the Pillager Middle School and High School gyms.

Equipment

Game and practice balls purchased by the association for every team.

Insurance

Coverage through Secura for players, coaches, volunteers, and the spaces we use.

Screened Coaches

Every coach is approved by the board and background checked before taking a team.

Uniform

Uniform details are being finalized — watch this page for confirmation.

Earn It Back

The Volunteer Rebate

PYBA runs on parent help. Volunteer four hours during the season and $50 comes back to you — per child in the program.

Four Hours

Work concessions, keep the book, help set up a gym, or pitch in at a tournament we host.

Per Child

The rebate applies to each registered player, so families with two athletes can earn it twice.

$50 Back

Rebates are issued after the season once volunteer hours are confirmed.

How Registration Works

Four steps, about ten minutes total.

Fill Out the Form

Player details, grade, and a parent contact. One form per player.

Pay Through Zeffy

Zeffy charges no processing fees, so 100% of your fee reaches the program.

Come to Tryouts

Board members check players in at the gym. Evaluators place athletes into teams.

Meet Your Team

We email your coach, practice night, and gym once rosters are set.

We’re Looking for Coaches

PYBA is building its first coaching staff. If you want to lead a team, applications are open now — every coach is reviewed by the board and background checked before being approved.
